The basic choice handed down by the powers that be, is that the draft will basically take place at the pace of one round per day.
This is because, it's all that most busy people, with more than one team, can keep up with.

My recommendation is to lock your board and check in three or four times a day to get the rhythm of your specific draft.
Set an alarm on your phone and return to the welcoming arms of reality.
