What is the minimum number of attempts for Kickers, Punters, and Returners to qualify for Sandbox?

There is no set number. I look at the of attempts relative the rest of the league, and draw lines where it makes sense. In 2021 there were around:

35 kickers (both kickoff and FG)
37 punters
60 kick returners
50 punt returners

For players within these lists with low attempts, I will sometimes lump their performances together.

Is there a way we can designate who we want to be our return guys? At the beginning of the year i signed a player only because he does returns in real life, but he didn't have one return in any sim game.
