I've had this dude on one of my rosters ever since I drafted him, and he's been sitting on the couch for two solid years. Should I cut bait on the guy or hope that he finally comes back next year and use a roster spot on him?

Use as trade bait. Someone with roster space may be willing to give up mid round draft pick.

If he is injured you could put him on IR if we had one and the way things are going in the NFL these days with all the Injury it would be nice to have one so if you can see what you can do that all i am saying but if he not hurt put him on the trade block and get what you can you never know someone might want him and good luck
