cdcox question

in the Jet 1 league there are 2 bot teams and 22 teams that have owner running the team. My question to you how many renew there team this year because there are 6 to 8 teams that have lest then 40 players on there roster. plus some of the player on there roster did not play a game last year and some are player that are out of football but there contract are not up and they are no help to the team see they did not play last year. So I was wounding if they all renew for this year. Could you look into that for me if you would. And get back to me on that because it dosen't look to me that there are 22 owner playing the game in this league. Thank you
