IS there a way to ensure that the TE is utilized more often?

I have TRAVIS KELCE and he is getting way to little touches...only 12 receptions thru week 7.

I have Kyle Pitts and we tried moving him to receiver. Still gets targeted a lot but that may be able to help you. Maybe try it in a challenge game.
