Trade Proposal reaction

I have a trade proposal message but I can't figure out how to see the message or respond. Any help?

Go to trades at the top in the header (next to draft), scroll over it and it will drop down and have 4 options. I would assume pending trades would be the one you click on, if someone has offered you a trade.
