Rookie Draft Order [Archive] - Sandbox Simulations

Is there a rookie draft order rule that determines the order for our initial rookie draft? Or will that be randomized like our initial player draft?

The first rookie draft is after the first Sandbox season. It is similar to the NFL. Worst team drafts first. Sandbox champs draft last.
