Did you say quit crying? Not sure who you're talking about but there are strategic reasons based on other bids you're making, closing times for this bid and the others, amounts, the next year up that it would take to match, etc. All of that seems fair. None of that was in play in the one I mentioned. It's within the rules so do whatever you want. Not something I would have done but you do you.
