I am getting trade announcements that someone rejected my offer...which I never made?

How in the heck can something like that happen? Worse, I cannot even open the page that says "future rookie draft picks" but the announcement said they were part of a trade I initiated (which I did not!). ???????

Might be an offer they made you but then cancelled it.
