View Full Version : Why did the Renew process not go through on my account

I got a message saying I needed to renew my subscription to my tea. So, I paid the renewing fee so i could log back into my team. This was done on May 17th, and it still says need I need to pay the renewing fee. I can I log back into my team and I have the receipt if you guys need proof.
